During and after the coronavirus period, Marcel hit a personal low that he could no longer get out of on his own. He no longer recognized himself and finally wanted to see the person in the mirror he used to be.

With a realistic start, fixed appointments and personal guidance, Marcel found his way back, step by step, to more movement, strength and self-confidence. The key wasn’t to make everything perfect right away, but to keep going consistently.
